Have a 94 geo tracker automatic 150,000 miles, just missed emissions by a fraction, told 2 use some de natured alcohol to pass emissions, has fresh oil, az state limitation on part that failed is 3.0, it got a 3.06...am I going 2 overheat engine or damage engine? Service shop already stamped my failed emissions test paper and suggested de natured alcohol..

that's basically ethanol blended fuel right? Those older engines might not like it.
U tell me, I can get it ace hardware, 1 quart, half a tank of gas and I'm good ta go.....
