I live in the UK.  I have a Honda Jazz Auto 2008.  I had severe jerking for more than a year and the AA said it was the crankshaft sensor.  I had this replaced and it improved slightly but is still jerking when driving smoothly at 40 mph.  Tried to resolve the issue by having the gear box oil changed last week but no improvement.  I am a Pensioner, know nothing about cars and don't want to keep spending money on this vehicle.  The car is VERY reliable which is why I am trying to resolve.  Have you ever experienced this before ? Thanks for your help. Jean

Well there are so many things that can make a car jerk. But it is a modern Honda I have a 6500 scan tool that I hook up road test the car it makes a data recording of hundreds of data points in color. When it jerks I then stop the recording and play back the end of the recording to see what the problem is. Find a guy like me in England if you can
