I have a 2002 Honda S2000 with 98k miles. The passenger door is riddled with small little dents, including the top of the hood. Will it affect how the vehicle rides because I don't want to spend a ton of money just to get them removed.

If the dents are superficial, no, they won't negatively affect the car's handling.
