Scotty - I am interested in either the Toyota 4runner - last chance to get a long running motor in my opinion-
regarding direct injection and the Nissan Frontier - the prices are down on them now. What are your thoughts on direct injection? I have an old 2004 Honda CRV whose intake manifold had to be completely torn off and have the intake valves cleaned.
Is that some thing I have to still be concerned with on new direct injection

depends who's DI. Toyotas are fine.
