I am getting ready to replace my suspension on my 05 Dodge Magnum RT RWD 5.7 Hemi with 86k miles. I am comparing kits with 14 pieces and have found a strange issue. Some kits have a non adjustable ball joint others kits have an adjustdable ball joint. I have doubled checked ALL the specs for this year and model of vehicle and the adjustable ball issue seems to be a matter of preference. No problem there but why is there a variable and what are the consequences / differences of those choices? Teach me Scotty. I am a 64 year old shade tree grease stained frugal senior citizen. By the way I watch you all the time and have learned a great deal. Thank you.
God Bless

The reason guys prefer an adjustable one is so the front end alignment has one more adjustment in case of wear on the vehicle. Of course they don't come with adjustable ones cuz they make them as cheap as they can at the factory
