The car is for sale unseen on the Internet. I know that you don't recommend it but for the price, it's worth watching...
The car has been partially restored and seems to be in a good shape.
"Unseen on the internet."
Big pass.
Never buy sight unseen. At the very least you would need a good honest mechanic to check it out first, but it’s in your best interest to see it physically before you buy. I also assume this will NOT be your primary (daily) driver?
How much and how many miles.
Let me get it straight: … you want to buy a classic car, through the internet, “unseen”?
OK!?!? … Best of luck!

One of the big problems with buying cars of that vintage is rust. Rust can be covered up with crappy welded in steel and Bondo so its hard to detect in person,. Covering up rust in pics, you don't even have to fix the car, just the photos.
