I have a dodge caravan not those crappy 2000 ones but it would blow warm during the day time the vehicle was in las Vagas and it was heating up. I would never buy a Chrysler thank GOD IT WAS A RENTAL. But at night it was a little cooler in the cabin what is the problem? Is it just that hot?
Quite a few things can cause poor cooling. Could be low on refrigerant, condenser could be partly blocked with road debris or fins bent and closed, condenser fan might not be working, blend door might no be working properly.
Concctering dodge has poor quality vehicles I just thought it was just crappy

The freeon in the compressor my be low. Take it buy a auto parts store and ask them to check it.
Or answer this, when was the last time you checked it?
Check the radiator fluid ONLY WHEN VEHICLE IS COOL .
