I have a 2007 Dodge Durango V8 4.7L.. I’ve had issues starting on first attempt but usually fires up the second time around. Yesterday I noticed an engine light so I scanned and got P0203 cylinder 3 injector. Today on my way to work I experienced vibration when Rpms increase like the engine was misfiring. So I scan it again now it’s also showing cylinder 3 misfire and random misfire. I am aware of the poor design on the cowl seal and am thinking but hoping it’s not, the PCM that got wet... where should I look first.. also could a faulty battery cause these issues?
it could possibly be an electrical problem. Have your battery + alternator tested.
But more likely the computer is trying to tell you about an injector problem. Swap #3 with a different one and see what happens.
