20004 Dodge Ram slt quad cab 2wd automatic 144500 miles. I bought new.
Steering column locked up and had to be replaced. My normal auto shop replaced and re-replaced 7 or 8 months ago. The replacements came from a used part company and the first didn't work.
Should I be concerned with this thing locking up. With pandemic, no road trips.
Bulk of my miles are from home to ATL or other on interstate.

it's not all that common of a problem but really I would never put any use steering column like that cuz if it did break you could get killed

OEM no longer offers 2004 steering column.
