I have a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Just had 4 new Cooper tires and alignment done at Pepboys. The truck still pulls to the right. I looked underneath and there are no wrench marks anywhere. Anyone else here have experience with getting a half arsed alignment from Manny, Moe and Jack?
This is why Scotty and us warn folks to stay away from chain shops. Find an alignment shop that knows what the heck they are doing.
I agree with you. Local tire shop quoted $971. for the same tires and alignment. Pepboys had me out the door for $755. I guess you always get what you pay for
I go to Tire Discounters. At least they gave you a computerized readout on where your alignment was, before and after. Camber in/out, toe in/out...

Manny, Moe, and Jack? More like Moe, Larry, and Curly. I've heard quite a few horror stories and not much good come out of Pep Boys.
