I have a Isuzu Trooper with 240,000 miles. Engine starts and runs good. In the morning the oil pressure is at 35 pounds. The more I drive it the lower the oil pressure get. You know the problem?

At what RPM? Idle? Cruising speed?
Of course the oil pressure will change with engine RPM and it is normal for oil pressure to drop as the engine reaches operating temperature. The issue is whether it drops lower than what is specified for that engine.
You did not state whether that reading is from a dash gauge, which can be inaccurate. If that's the case verify the actual oil pressure with a mechanical gauge and compare it with your engine's specifications.
