1999 honda accord, passenger door lock, using the keyfob or locks on the door the passenger door tries to unlock but does not, but using the key on the passenger door itself it unlocks it, sounds and looks like it wants to unlock but does not when using anything but the actuall key on the door.

the door lock actuator is breaking a relatively expensive repair you can do it yourself by taking the door panel off but the parts are not cheap
