Drain & fill?

Hey Scotty!

I have a 2012 honda accord ex-l v4 2.4L with 116k miles on it. While driving sometimes, my rpm's fluctuate. Also noticed a slight lack of power/hesitation, sometimes, upon acceleration. No check engine light. Bought used and never changed the transmission fluid. Should i just drain, fill, and use the transmission additive you've recommended in another video or just leave it as is and hope for the best?

EDIT:

Car stalled on the highway the other day for like 2 minutes. Started back up and drove like normal. Still the slippage in gears, but I'm not sure what it can be. Cam shaft position sensor? Bad transmission? Bad catalytic converter? Battery and alternator have good charge.

these aren't necessarily transmission issues.

But yes the transmission needs to be maintained same as an engine. Not just when you have problems. I don't think you need any additives.
