Hello dear moderators and members,
I own a 2010 Ford Taurus with 120,000 km. I have an issue regarding the driver’s seat ventilation/cooling system.
Previously, when I activated the seat cooling switch, I could feel cold air across the seat cushion and part of the backrest. Recently, the cooling efficiency has significantly decreased — now I only feel slight cooling at the lower part of the backrest.
Additionally, I notice an unusual sensation: it feels like a small round object or mechanism under the seat cushion that shifts position intermittently.
Could anyone explain the possible causes of the weakened seat cooling and what this ball-like component inside the seat might be?
Thank you very much for your guidance and advice.
Best regards,
For some reason, your browser is generating several duplicates when you submitted your post. (You accidentally posted this topic five times.)
Are you having network issues? If so, then please wait until you have a stable connection. If you are pressing the submit button more than once, please stop. Press it once, and wait for it to finish processing. (You will find in most cases if you return to the main page that your post was processed immediately even if the submit button appeared unresponsive.)Otherwise it creates more work for moderators to clean up, and eventually the system will automatically ban your from entering.
Thanks.
