I have a 2016 Ford F-150 2.7L ecoboost engine. When I turn the heat on the passenger side is hot like it should be, the driver’s side and rear vents start out warm and then get cold. I checked the blend door actuator and it is working I also checked to make sure coolant is flowing through the heater core and it is. I don’t know what else to do now.

well that's a classic sign of you either have air in the heater core or the heater core is clogged up and by the time it makes it to the driver's side it's won't dissipate any heat all the heat was dissipated on the passenger side of the core is bad
