Driving from Tucson to Tampa

Big fan here,

I plan to drive from Tucson to Tampa in my 2008 Honda Accord LX-P which has 118,900 miles on it. Should I change the transmission fluid? I will of course change the motor oil too. Besides the tires, wiper blades & brakes, any other recomendations?

Besides the tires, wiper blades & brakes, any other recomendations?
Don't forget to check/top off all fluids and check the drive belt.
