My car is Vw Polo 1.2 12v 47kw 2003 year made. So I recently got my ECU changed because it was making problems with new one and it solved and now I get code P0401 and I started to look on the car I dissambled the Egr valve and the pipe everything and it was the passage was blocked with like a can thing like madea shape of like gasket of egr but blocked where gas suposed to come from exhaust it was even with old ECU still there but didnt get the insufficient flow EGR but with new ECUI get should I remove the plate gasket made by hand to block EGR or should I leave as it was and I got mil light on beucase of that code do I need to tune my car for this or is ok to drive with mil on because that's is the only thing it triggers it the code. Will it damage the car if I do not tune it with it blocked like this? Car runs great in idle and high speed. Thank you very much.
