Hey scotty I'm 15 and I live in Hong Kong I was wondering what is the best electric bike that I can get what do you think would be the best one?

That really depends on what you want but recently you'll see my video this isn't your father's bike. Watch that video on YouTube when you get an idea of what you can buy

It depends on your market. They are relatively new, you should find something that the battery charge holds up overtime. Search your local market.
