Have you ever worked on a Tesla model 3?
I have driven one but I've never worked on one the problem is old Elon doesn't share much information to the aftermarket and being electric cars nothing major should break on them yet and all the other problems they have are often software problems or warranty problems of them not building it right and have to fix them for free
I’m a fan of Tesla and and Elon except for his decision to lock out independent repair of his vehicles. This is bad for consumers and bad for America! Apple, Samsung, John Deere, and all of the automakers are doing more and more of this and, in my humble opinion, this must be stopped.
Check out Rich Rebuilds on YouTube about his ventures in trying to repair Tesla cars. It’s pretty eye opening. Tesla only treats customers well as long as you’re willing to shell out the big bucks and let them handle all repairs...and, of course, even then things can go sideways at times.
What’s the old saying about absolute power? Oh, yeah, it corrupts absolutely.
