Hey Scotty, I bought a 2000 Accord Ex v6 sedan with 200000 miles for $1300. I have noticed when I roll up the windows the air conditioning blower surges. Can you give me an idea of what could be wrong.

Load test your battery and alternator. If they check out ok, then odds are that your power window motor needs to be replaced.
