Hey scotty kilmer my mom has a 2020 hetta 5200 miles and already the parking brake snapped as I heard a weird sound as I drive.
What so you think about this issue with these new cars she leases it.

Electronic parking brakes are yet another useless "because we can" piece of technology that is actually less useful and less reliable than the old mechanical parking brake lever or pedal.

Is yours a Hetta because it was made in Mehico?
But seriously, it’s no secret that VW quality (especially the cheap plastic) is atrocious. So such occurrences aren’t surprising.
Good thing she leased it. Return it once she’s done with it.
