Hey Scotty I have an 07 Toyota Avalon with 192k miles. It has plenty of power, but the thing I notice is that when the engine is cold, it doesn't matter if I floor it or not, it won't rev the engine real high. I floor it and it will still shift at 4000 rpms. Is there such thing as a computer RPM limiter that won't let it do that when cold?
