I have a 2003 Tacoma 4wd automatic transmission trd from new. I started having evap problems when they put a new frame on it. I've replaced canister purge valve, maf sensor. New OEM gas cap. All denso parts. When I fuel up it idles rough for several minutes then smooths out. 20 miles or so later the check engine light comes on. Also when I open the fuel cap there is audible vacuum. Then the check engine light is intermittent. Off,on,off,on. It's driving me nuts. What is your opinion? Thanks. 146,000 miles.
I forgot, 3.4l engine
Is the one in the engine bay the only one?

The evap canister valve is either not connected properly or not working properly. Check all vacuum lines and connections.
