What if I have a car that is burning oil every 3000 miles…can I use at 205 to stop the leak..

How much oil is it losing every 3000 miles? Is it burning or leaking? If leaking where is it leaking from? AT-205 will not help oil burning and will not help leaking gaskets. It is designed for rubber seals such as crankshaft seals, and might or might not work for those depending on the situation.
You also left out quite a few other details...
