I would just do an oil change first and see the results. (If the engine is badly sludged no "cleaner" will fix it.)

If you still want to try ATS Carbon Clean which Scotty recommends the company does ship to Canada but that shipment would be subject to tariffs and import fees.

Amazon, Canada: $98.36 Amazon, US: $45.00 . So it cost ~$50 more on the Canadian Amazon site. Follow the instructions carefully if you choose to use it.
