I drive a.toyota crystalite 1998 milleage 200000 after the car hason being running for a.while it may suddenly cut out while at a.trafic light I turn it back on just fine afterwards but it does this occasionally

First thing I would do is get an scanner on it.
if you do not have one, most auto parts stores will have one
and many will even help you scan it.
There are a few things this could be:
Battery
Alternator
Fuel pump
Electrical cable
Ignition system problems
I would recommend getting the scanner on it ASAP
as this could be a dangerous situation.
