My daughter and I were just sitting in the car (2016 Ford escape titanium). It was off. While just sitting there the car looked like the lights came on and the dash panel and lights came on. Started the car and shut it off. This happened a couple times.
Eventually the car would not start. I looked under the hood and the car sounded like it was draining.
I was afraid of the sound and would pull one fuse at a time and eventually the engine control relay was the one. I put it back in.
I asked my neighbor to jump my battery. It was 14.7
I went to auto zone to be sure my key fob battery was new.
Mileage 127,000
Now my car is completely dead.
