Good day Scotty. I have a 2020 Ford EcoSport with 24,500 miles, the DuraTec 4 cylinder and 4WD. I took it to a Ford dealer because it sounded like it was misfiring. They said there was carbon tracking and misfiring coming from cylinders 1 & 2, but even after the spark plug replacement being done, it still sounds like it's misfiring. What else could it be? Is it possible that the Ford spark plugs are the issue?
