Flush engine before chaning to synthetic oil?

Do I need to flush out the regular oil before pouring synthetic oil into the engine, or not?

No, of course not.

No, all of the oil drains to the oil pan when the engine is turned off. Drain the old oil, then get full synthetic oil instead of conventional. Easy as that.

Exactly as everyone else said and will add that when we change oil at home since we're not in a rush once oil comes out we let the tub sit under the car for a bit so some more drips out. Other than that there's nothing else you would do. That previous oil isn't bad or anything that you would want to flush because of it.
