if my Toyota Tacoma has been sitting since May of 2020 ( I live in Florida),
and it only has 20 miles on it, is the oil still okay without an oil change now that I start driving it?
and the gasoline in the tank also has been sitting there a year and a half, what do I do ?

People do crazy things but you never know. I've seen worse I've seen 20 year old ones that way
Where the oil would be perfectly fine pray in the gasoline runs good enough and you can use it up fast and refill the tank

The gasoline is going to be bad and needs to be drained and filled with fresh.
