Hi scotty,
my name is mel and im from australia. I owned a bmw 323i e46 year 2000. I just swap the original engine with a new original engine because the old engine gone bad. So my question is do i have to do engine reMap to restore and tune the engine performance? Please answer my question on your next video

Yes. Whenever you swap something out like that, you have to restore to default settings. Where did you get this engine- remanufactured or junk yard?
