Engine/RPM Occasional Surge

1997 FORD E350 V10 220K Miles

Every so often when accelerator is released  or when going slow the engine will surge and my van will lurch forward.

It can be very dangerous if I'mnot prepared for it.

Well I'll try my video. Make your car run better with a little spray cleaner. It's on YouTube. Type that in and a lot of times it's sticking throttle, dirty parts inside. Pray it's that because if not it can often be electronic parts like the throttle are just worn out and need replacing and they're relatively expensive
