Acura MDX 04 180k miles. Car has misfiring codes and running rich codes. Engine light is on. After I start my car and put it in drive it stalls. If I warm it up for 10-15 minutes it’s fine. Any idea why engine light is on and why it stalls? I’ve replaced battery, alternator is good, replaced spark plugs, air filter is clean. Had fuel injector worked on a few years ago and cant remember exactly what was done.

if a cylinder is misfiring, it means there's unburnt fuel going into the exhaust stream triggering the rich codes.
Crank the engine, then pull out the cylinder 1 plug to see if it's wet. Verify that it gets good spark.
With that many miles, you might try a cylinder compression test too.
