I own a 2006 mitsubishi eclipse gs, my engine vibrates/shakes when i turn on my ac, it’s only when i turn the ac on, it happens when i’m in park and on idle. I can hurt it vibrate from inside my car. I want to believe it’s the ac compressor or engine mount but i don’t really know.

Your compressor may be wearing out and taking too much power to operate, or your electrical system may be weak and voltage dropping with the additional load of the air conditioning. Does your engine RPM drop when the AC is turned on? Do your lights dim?
