I have a 1992 S10 Blazer 4x4 with digital dash. my odometer for my mileage jumps around and my speedometer does not work any more. I changed the VSS and still same issues. All other gauges work fine. Would it be the ecu or just a bad cluster?

Yeah, those clusters are just junk on those vehicles as they age. And they're not cheap. You might luck out and find a used one that still works in a junkyard but realized that's old as the hills. Back in the day. I knew guys who actually fix those things at radio and speedometer shops, but most of those shops don't even exist anymore
