Hello, I have a 99 Chevy s10 with 11600 miles, I have an Evap leak, I want to know if fuel injector cleaner will help with Evap leak

It depends what created the leak. If it's an old gas cap that isn't sealing correctly or a leak in the intake manifold, or a loose clamp next to the air box, the answer is no.
You have to find the source of the leak (diagnosis) before you choose a solution. Scotty's done it with a cigar:
