I have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country with 123K miles on it. My evaporator keeps icing up. Does that mean my freon is low? It doesn't have a cabin air filter.

Well it can mean a lot of things including that. You can have a stock expansion valve a restriction anywhere from a bent line if the car has been in a wreck and things got bent you can even have a bad evap temperature sensor inside the dash that allows it to freeze.
