Hello,
I’m looking at a used 2005 ford escape that appears to be in good condition other then a exhaust leak. The leak appears to be further up toward the engine and definitely not in the muffler. My question would be is it worth it? I know it’s a pretty vague description of the situation but I figured I’d give it a shot.

I don't think I'd be looking at a 17-year-old Escape at all.
