I have a 2015 Ford E 350 Super Duty 5.4 litre Flex Fuel with 165,000 miles on and the Manifold is leaking. Is this a Diy project? Can it be done with the motor in the van? Can both be replaced? Why cant it be welded on? How much can I expect to pay? For both. Thanks

typical exhaust manifolds are cast iron. most weld jobs don't go very well. aftermarket dorman's go for about $75 each, and oem ford will run about $175 from online oem sources. how easy or hard depends on how much or lack of access there is to do the work. good luck.
