Exhaust often has a Turpentine, Acetone smell to it. Have tried different gas brands, still its apparent. What can be producing this smell,and is it something i should be concerned about?

Well old worn out gas will smell like that I would say I'd have the gas tank flushed out cleaned out entirely and change the fuel filter. There might be some kind of residual crap in there or in the filter and then when it goes through it'll smell like that. You might wonder the catalytic converter tested too cuz if it gets clogged up it can cause smells like that from incomplete combustion
