Hi scotty! I have a 1991 ford F150 Inline 6 that was gifted to me. How are they? Reliable? And what should I watch ? any parts that go out frequently?

One of the most reliable trucks ever made they don't have that much horsepower but they can run forever just normal maintenance water pump breaks things like that they don't have any particular problems
