Hey Scotty, (or anyone) my father has been having weird transmission problems lately and says maybe something with the Electric transmission? He has a 2011 F150 5.0 with around 165k miles. It shifts super rough usually every once in a while, but the other day it did it 3 times. It felt like he hit something (didn’t) what issue could tis possibly be? Thanks!

The first complainant posted an update from Nov 9, 2021 stating that the problem was finally diagnosed at a dealership as being a bad shift solenoid and plastic spacer block(?) and following replacement of these parts the problem was “not as bad as it used to be.”
