Hi, Do auto manufacturers do any rust prevention coatings during manufacturing. If so do the manufacturers do a better job depending the destination of new vehicle or where the factory is located?

Yes manufacturers apply rust prevention. It varies by manufacturer and type of vehicle.

I don't think it depends on the destination or factory location, although its quality certainly depends on where the car is made.
