The main thing with Rockauto is to watch the shipping costs which can quickly eat up what you're saving on the parts themselves. If ordering multiple items try to get as much as possible from the same warehouse. Also be aware that at any given time they usually have a 5% discount code available which you can find with an online search.

Correct about the shipping costs. If they come from multi-sites MAN it can add up.
Once you have an item in your cart they put a little picture of a truck next to other items you're looking at if they come from the same warehouse. Real helpful for keeping shipping cost down.
