2003 Toyota tacoma 3.4L automatic.
After I've been driving a while (engine warmed up), when I let off the gas, I hear a screeching noise from the belts. There is no noise when the engine is under stress however. Could it be a bad idler pully? How can you tell if it's bad?

Yeah the pulley is bad and I would replace it and the belt

Definitely change the belt too since it is likely that the belt is worn out too.
