Well it has a governor because the tires wasn't designed to driven at very high speed which can blowout and trucks can flip over if driven at top speed without governor. Manufacturers put there for a reason.

That vehicle is plenty fast from the factory. Sorry, we're not going help you possibly kill yourself and others by driving like a total maniac on public roads. That's not what we're here for.

Take it to the race track where you can get your jollies away from me. They will help you do it there.
The main problem is not so much that you may kill yourself with such foolishness but you may hurt or kill someone else in the process.

Best that you don't remove said "governor", it can be overridden, but I'm not going to tell you how to do it. I have a 1999 Ranger that's "governed" to max out at 85. I don't want to make it any faster, the truck feels like it's going to come off the road as it is when you're going the governed speed. Pickup trucks are bricks. My wife and I were driving on the Interstate a couple years ago, and I had a cardboard box in the bed. An absolute deluge of rain came out of the sky, to the point where other people started putting their 4-Ways on. I kept going 55 the entire time. We went through the storm, and we were back to sunny skies again. We went home, and there wasn't a single drop of water in the box. The deluge of water got caught in the slipstream.
