Hey Scotty; big fan! I've got a 2011 Ford Fiesta 5 speed manual with 146,000 miles on it. I noticed it's starting to burn some oil. Should I try keeping it as long as humanly possible, or should I jump on a hard to find 2011 Toyota Camry manual with 100,000 for 10,000$?

Try changing out the PCV valve to see if it helps. If not, lose the Fiesta. If you really want to keep it, get a compression test to see if the rings are shot.
