Hey guys. What is the best bet for finding a mechanic long distance to check out a car? Do you have the seller bring the car to a garage if they'll agree or have the mechanic visit the sellers location? I was just curious if anyone has ever done this. Wondering the best way to go about it.

Find a good shop in the area with good reviews that you and the seller can go visit.
or have the mechanic visit the sellers location?
No. You want the vehicle up on a lift so it can be properly inspected.
