For a first car, the V6 is plenty on it's own. You're just starting out and already feel you are a good driver. Confidence is good, arrogance is bad and that's what will get you hurt.

Learn the car. Get in tune with it. Take it out to some track day events so you can legally push it a bit. Your insurance is sky high if you're under 21, so you can't afford to be messing around on the street....and you shouldn't anyway.

Now, if you want to add some exhaust to it, there's nothing wrong with that. I'd be careful though as the 3.7L tends to sound raspy/not very good once the exhaust is changed.

I would definitely put in some seat time though just driving the car. You want to crawl before you try running sprints.

Thanks. 🙂

Watch out for 2 things -

1. Poles

2. Crowds
