hey scotty thanks for the amazing content. I'm planning on buying my first car and I am leaning towards a 3 owner 2008 Acura tl with 143k miles. I ran a Carfax report on it and it has been maintained from the Honda and Acura dealership since the begining.1 minor accident (rear end no airbags deploy)and has been stolen and recovered as stated in the report. passes emission as of 07/08/21. The third owner that bought it says he cant register it in his name because he only has a Florida license and the car has a Georgia title. he is asking 5,300 but I think i can haggle a deal and get it for 5000. I know I have to get a pre purchase inspection but if it all good should i go through with it? what do you think? thank you
